The ITUZE idea was formed by the Catholic Diocese of Cyangugu in 2008 for the purpose of developing 46 "3 star" hotel rooms on site in Kamembe at the Western province of Rwanda

In June of 2009 the UBY International (Rwanda) LTD joined the project and formed the ITUZE Ltd. Co. Now the plans have changed to a "5 Star" Club Hotel, which consists of 120  rooms and many other luxurious amenities that were not included initially

The joint venture created a vacation site compared to no other in the Western Rwandan hospitality landscape and in the district of Rusizi in particular. UBY International with its 30 years of development experience recieved the government approval for new tourism sites and the  transformation of ITUZE Club Hotel into an exceptional design. More over, in collaboration with the Catholic Diocese of Cyangugu,  close attention is paid to the Human aspects of the project

The ITUZE Project is one of its kind for its Holiday Apartments concept. ITUZE Ltd. created the new idea of Holiday Apartments to secure a vacationing spot for locals and their families as well as foreign tourists.

The developers will invest millions of US dollars in Luxurious Duplex suites, large suites with gardens, as well as in the well known Congress Center that will cater to the business traveler.  This hotel will become one of the most desirable spots in the Rusizi-Nyamasheke region
